Japanese Exhibitionists - Nao of Up See Dage and Ramu of Expose Your Body

The guy notices her of course, but Nao at first pretends not to notice him. He doesn't say anything, so finally Nao acts surprised, and apologizes. He offers to leave, but she tells him it's alright because she's about to get dressed. She pulls on a tank top, but proceeds to lounge around without covering up. An interesting aside: they are listening to English radio. Maybe getting ready to come to a town near you.
